Ann "Hania" G. Zwierz

Ann (Hania) Zwierz

Ann became one of God's angels on November 4, 2023. She was born November 18, 1942 in Warsaw,
Poland to Michal and Irena Gorecki.

She and her mother immigrated to the United States in 1952 and
settled in Hammond where she grew up and met and married her husband Henry (Heniek) in 1962.

Ann was preceded in death by her father Michal, mother Irena, brother Benjamin, husband Henry of 50
years, and granddaughter Emma.

She is survived by her children, Irene (James) Rutherford, Donna
Zwierz, Vivian Zwierz and Michael (Amy) Zwierz. Her grandchildren William (Maureen) Rutherford,
Nicholas (Kyle) Rutherford, David (Colie) Zwierz, Joseph and Katherine Zwierz. Her great-grandchildren,
Sullivan and Shae Rutherford and Emily and Caleb Zwierz.

Ann babysat numerous children over the years
and was always looking out for and caring for her neighbors as well as working in her yard and cooking
delicious food for her family and friends. She loved to give hugs at any given moment.

 She was loved by
so many and will be missed terribly. She is now giving hugs in Heaven.
