Dina Maria Villagomez

Dina Maria Villagomez was 61 years young, born January 29, 1959.

She was the only child born to Johnathan and Linda Villagomez together. They gave birth to their baby girl together in Gary Indiana. Dina lived an enormous life! She attended Washington Elementary High School and went on to become the best woman she could be. She held down different jobs to hold her and her kids together… No matter how hard life got, Dina found a way to bring her family together. From taking care of her kids to taking care of her grandkids to being so proud to be a great grandma.

She later became their source of energy and life, even sometimes without realizing it. Dina accepted God as her savior early on in her life and as life progressed he became that much more important in her life and she began to pass her love for God on to her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids. Dina took great pride in her family and took her religion very seriously.

Dina passed this life at Community Hospital on April 23, 2020 with her precious children at her bedside and she will remain in their hearts forever.

Dina was preceded in death by her grandmother Petra Hernandez, mother Linda Villagomez, son Maurice Villagomez and cousin Tyrone Flores. Dina leaves to cherish her memories her children Leslie (Tim) Dixon, Sidney (Alma) Kincaid, Crystal Kincaid, Nathan (Dewanna) Kincaid, and Fabian Kincaid all of East Chicago, Indiana. 19 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, special cousins Cynthia Cruz, Fabian Longoria, Alex (Ruthie) Longoria, Melissa Flores, Special friends Rosie Rodriguez, Dawn Mast & Daughter Angela Mast, & Irma Roman.

There will be a private visitation  from 5 to 7pm on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 due to the CDC Restrictions.  The visitation will allow 10 people at one time in the Funeral Home , on a rotation basis.
